Approval to accept the Prime Contract Change Order for Program #6, Task Order #12, District-Wide Sales Tax Construction Projects.
Credit to the GMP for de-obligation of funds as a result of better than market pricing received for the projects. Task Order #12 GMP
included an up to $10,000,000 threshold that was not subject to the Cost Reduction Incentive Clause in the contract. Jacob/Titan has
agreed to exceed that limit and return $15,000,000 to the district, with no shared savings, instead of $10,000,000.
For additional information, please contact Dr. Bill Smith, 689-7158.
