AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LEGAL ANNEX
DESCRIPTION TO
CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF THE CITY OF
LIMITS
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE
DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. Under the provisions of Section 171. 044. of the
Florida Statutes, the City of Fort Walton Beach hereby annexes
the following tract of land to the City of Fort Walton Beach
which previously had been annexed with an incorrect legal
description:
Commencing at concrete monument marking the NW
corner of Lot 5, Section 36, Twp 1 South, Range 24
21,
West, Okaloosa County; proceed East 600.

South 889. 2' to SW corner of Treepoint Subdivision
and the PUB; 230' along Treepoint Sub -
thence East
division; thence231. 2' to Mooney Road;
South thence
westerly along Mooney Road to a point 80' East of
the SE corner of Kenwood First Addition; thence North
1701;
thence West
751;
thence North 70. 7' to the
POB, all lying and being in Section Township 36,
1 South, Range 24 West, Okaloosa County, Florida.
SECTION II. The City limits of the City of Fort Walton
Beach shall be hereafter defined to include the aforesaid property.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall take effect ten ( 10) days
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
