A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE PARI<S & RECREATION
SECTION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE TO
INCLUDE A FEE STRUCTURE FOR RENTAL OF THE
GROUNDS AT THE FAIRGROUNDS/ SOFTBALL COMPLEX
FOR THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH:
Section I. That the City Council hereby amends the Comprehensive Fee Schedule as it
relates to Parks & Recreation fees to include a fee structure for rental of the grounds at the
Fairgrounds/ Softball Complex, as attached and made a part of this resolution by reference;
Section II. All resolutions or
parts of resolutions in conflict with the terms of this
resolution are repealed;
Section III. This resolution shall take effect upon adoption.
