AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE
CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the following described real property
is hereby annexed to the City of Fort Walton Beach, and the zoning
will be designated R1-A:
Lot 6, Block F, Country Club Estates
(634 Country Club Drive)
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be published once a
week for four consecutive weeks in the Playground Daily News.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall become effective upon
its approval by the Council, upon second reading, after advertisement,
and upon signature by the Mayor.
