NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. Authority—Amending Water & Wastewater Rates.
Pursuant to the authority of Section 4. 03. 01, Water Billing, Fees, Rates, Charges Set in
City Fee Schedule, of the City Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended
to adopt new fee schedules as outlined in the Attachment.
Section 2. Authority—Amending Stormwater Rates.
Pursuant to the authority of Section 10. 521, Stormwater Management Utility, of the Code
of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended as outlined in the Attachment.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by City Council and
signature of the Mayor.
