Under a 20 tier subcontractor to Ilensel Phelps, GSC Systems was selected to provide the integrated security, voice and data communications, access control, video surveillance, fire and mass notification systems Thal were integrated throughout the facilities located on the site, and designed to report to two separate locations. The integration of these innovative and complex systems into one cohesive network of electronic Securily and communications for the entire base required extensive engineering, management, supervision, and coordination will] multiple contractors, the US Army, Air Force, Army Corp of Engineers, and civilian support personnel.
