below a general description of the proposed system: Sound System GSC Systems shall provide a complete turnkey Sound System per the design / build documents to include adherence to RFP 13 -010— FORT WALTON BEACH LANDING SOUND SYSTEM, all addendums, appropriate codes, standards and guidelines including, but not limited to; National Electrical Code (NEC) and City of Fort Walton Beach regulations. The Sound System shall provide audio coverage to the locations as described in bid document Exhibit A. Please see our attached Speaker Loop design and speaker coverage and layout document indicating the level of coverage within the Landing area. The Sound System Head End shall be located at the Science Center in downtown Fort Walton Beach. The Speakers shall be run in two loops of ten ( 10) speakers each to allow for sufficient power per speaker. The microphone system will be wireless and can be located per owner' s request. All components shall be surge protected to protect not only from transient voltages on the AC power lines. As per the RFP document paragraph 2. 2, the City of Fort Walton Beach will be providing the line trenching and conduit labor. GSC Systems will be providing conduit. GSC Systems has designed, installed, an(] commissioned many unique and capable Sound Systems in the Northwest Florida region in recent years. Please see attached supporting documents including references, letters of recommendation, past performance portfolio, and all other documents as required by RFP 13010. All installed materials are guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum performance specifications of the products proposed. All equipment provided by GSC SYSTEMS, INC. is sold as RAW, and includes all warranty provisions as outlined below, unless otherwise specifically noted. My alterations or deviations from the above specifications involving extra costs shall be executed only upon written authority from the customer. Terms and Conditions Applying to Limited Warranty My pad of the system, including the Wiring, installed under this Agreement Thal proves to be defective in material or workmanship within g0 days of the dale of completion of installation Will be repaired or replaced, at GSC Systems' option, with a new, functionally operative pad. Labor and materials required to repair or replace such defective components or to make mechanical adjustments to the system Would be free of charge for a period of 90 days following the completion date of the original installation, This Warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the system and may be enforced only by such person. Service pursuant to the Warranty will be Wrmshed only during standard working hours, Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays, between t)MA.M. and 4: 30P.M. Services rendered outside the standard Working hours are not within the scope of this warranty and any services requested to be performed at such limes shall be charged for At GSC Systems current applicable ovedime rates for labor and materials.
