Bids may not be changed after being opened. 26 of 28 Paul Eubanks February, 4 2013 Re: FWB, RFP 13 -010 Sound at the FWB Landing ( Exceptions) Dear Mr. Eubanks Per request, on 2 November 2012, I sent Jeff Peters the information required to provide all equipment for a complete installed sound system at the Fort Walton Beach Landing. It appears that this information was used to create your RFP. While the RFP has been scaled back slightly, I would recommend adding minor exceptions to the RFP. Item # 1; Speakers — While 20 is the minimum requested, I recommend placing more speakers and types based on location, volume, and clarity. Stage Speakers — larger and rated for higher volume & clarity Pathway speakers — excellent clarity, lower volume, smaller size Item # 2; Amplifiers - I recommend a minimum of 2 amplifiers rather than only one. Provide redundancy Minimize single point of failure Lower wear and tear, longer useful life Allow multiple zone leveling ( i. e. restrooms, playground, paths, stage, etc) If you should have any further questions concerning this proposal or proposed new equipment, please feel free to contact me.
