Fort Walton Beach Ordinance — 1705 amend comprhensive plan — reading text

See attached Exhibit " C" The area proposed includes three parcels with a land area of approximately 4. 11 acres and is located at 330 Lake Drive NW and 115 Virginia Drive NW. 06-21 B. The City of Fort Walton Beach hereby adopts plan amendment # CP06- 1 as an amendment to Ordinance 1401, as previously amended, to wit: The designation on the following property shall be changed from GC, General Commercial to PL, Public Lands on the Future Land Use Map: 1) Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Brooks Addition to Fort Walton, and 2) The East 100 feet of Lots 14 and 15, and the North 25 feet of Lot 16, Block 2, Brooks Addition to Fort Walton, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 99, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida. The area proposed includes approximately 0.63 acres located at 122 Hollywood Boulevard SE ( Hollywood Church of God in Christ). SECTION V. Conflicting Provisions Special Acts of the Florida Legislature applicable to the incorporated area of the City of Fort Walton Beach, City Ordinances and City Resolutions, or parts, thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby superceded by this ordinance to the extent of such conflict. SECTION VI. Severability. Page 5 of6  If- Should any section or provision of this ordinance, or any portion thereof, be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder, as a whole or any part hereof, other than that part declared to be invalid. If this ordinance or any provision thereof shall be held to be inapplicable to any person, property or circumstances, such holding shall not affect its applicability to any other person, property or circumstances. SECTION VII. Effective Date. The effective date of this plan amendment shall be: The date a final order is issued by the Florida Department of Community Affairs finding the amendment to be in compliance in accordance with Chapter 163. 3184, Florida Statutes; or the date a final order is issued by the Administration Commission finding the amendment to be in compliance in accordance with Chapter 163. 3184, F.
