WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Walton Beach passed Resolutions 88-8 and 88-13 determining a public improvement by special assessment; declaring improvements to be water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and streets in the Ready Avenue area of the City of Fort Walton Beach Industrial Park; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was properly advertised and held before the City Council on May 24, 1988. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I: That the City of Fort Walton Beach shall accept the water, Sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and street improvements in the Ready Avenue area in the City of Fort Walton Beach Industrial Park in accordance with the attached Total Assessment Roll which is hereby made a part of this resolution.
