AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14- 45 ( 142) AND ADDING
PARAGRAPH ( 142 A) TO PROVIDE A SEPARATE LICENSE FEE
SCHEDULE FOR AGENTS OR DEALERS HANDLING HOUSEHOLD
GAS; PHOVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Paragraph 142, Section 14- 45 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida is hereby
amended to read as follows:
142) GAS, each agent or dealer, other than
those solely distributing household gas and
other than manufacturers o? carbonic liquid,
acetylene, ammonia, liquified, or other chemical
gas, alone or in connection with other businesses---$ lOO. OO
SECTION 2. That Section 14- 45 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby amended to add the following
paragraph:
142 A) GAS, each agent or dealer of household gas
propane, butane etc.) ---------------------------- $ 50. 00
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days after
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
