WHEREAS, it is necessary that an alternate be designated to ex-
ecute checks, drafts, and other instruments in the name of the City
of Fort Walton Beach in the absence of the City Manager or the Clerk-
Comptroller.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY- THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.
The Bank of Fort Walton, Fort Walton Beach, Florida; the Florida
NatioDal Bank at Pensacola, Florida; and the First National Bank of
Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, be and they are hereby designated aa
the official depo. itories for funds of the City of Fort Walton Beach,
Florida.
SECTION 2.
w. C. Stacy, Mayor Pro- Tem of the City of Fort Walton Beach, i8
hereby designated a8 an alterna.. to execute checks, drafts and other
taatrumenta in the place and stead of the Clerk- Comptroller, and he
i. further designated as an alternate to countersign cheeks, drafts
and other instruments in the place and stead ot the City Manager,
provided, however, that the said designated alternate may execute a
single check only in one capacity.
SEOTION 3.
The said alternate shall be bonded at the expense of the City
in the same amount as that set for the City Manager.
