NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That under the provisions of Section 171. 044 of the Florida Statutes, the City of Fort Walton Beach hereby annexes the following tract of land to the City of Fort Walton Beach: North 125' of Lot 10, Block B, Country Club Estates, according to plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 3, Page 41, of the public re- cords of Okaloosa County, Florida. 633 Country Club Road- Zoning to be Rl- A) SECTION II. The City limits of the City of Fort Walton Beach shall be hereafter defined to include the aforesaid property. SECTION III.
