AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FROM
C-1 TO C-2, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1. That the following described parcel of
property is rezoned from C-1l to C-2:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Bayou Subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in
the official records in and for the County
of Okaloosa, Florida.
SECTION 2. That the afore said rezoning is restricted
to permit the operation of a neighborhood type grocery store
only. In the event that its use as a grocery store is dis-
continued on the premises, then the zoning will immediately
odfivert to C-1l.
SECTION 3. This ordinence sh-ll take effect 30 days
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
