RESOLUTION T2-30 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, TO EXECUTE A PROMISSORY NOTE TO EGLIN NATIONAL BANK FOR THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, | BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the City Manager, on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach, is hereby authorized to execute a. promissory note and mortgage payable to Eglin National Bank in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) to bear interest at the rate of 4 per cent per annum payable in monthly installments for a period of fifteen (15) years. SECTION 2. That the purpose for executing such promissory note shall be to acquire the parcel of jboperty known as Building "K" in the Industrial Park and now owned by Vitro Services. SECTION 3. This resolution being of an administrative nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
