The Mayor called for the vote on the nomination to appoint John Arnold. 6 Bayou Woods Court. to be appointed to the Municipal Planning Board for the unexpired term until 3-]- 92. and it carried unanimously with Rosenbaum. deVaux, Wyatt. Haney. Nicholson, and Wyninegar in favor. ( Saith absent) SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS Mr. Wyatt moved to appoint one Council member and the City Clerk to attend and represent Council at the 1: 30 p. m. absentee ballot validation. and the 6: 30 p. m. public test of the voting tabulation equipment. on election day. June 11, 1991. and that Council member be Cissy Wyninegar. Hotion vas seconded by Mr. Rosenbaum and carried unanimously with Rosenbaum.. deVaux. Wyatt. Haney. Nicholson. and Wyninegar in favor. ( Smith absent)  5- 28- 91 had been 161 NEWSLETTER The City Manager reported the Council given a draft heading of the newsletter. and mentioned there will be seven columns in the newsletter. He noted briefly the articles they are working on. Some suggestions included mentioning scores from local recreational programs like baseball. and also including something to acknowledge how Gulf Power has worked with the City to re- light the City.
