Reference: Reserve funding is being requested to fund a security checkpoint exit lane control
system, a physical barrier to control the greeting public from entering the secure area at which
arriving passengers will be exiting said secure area. Also, funding is requested for a cell phone
waiting area, which will be an improved roadway area for about 30 cars waiting for arriving
passengers to call by cell phone to arrange curbside pickup.
