A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO EXECUTE THE ATTACHED
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A WAYNE STREET
SWEEPER, PROVIDING THE TERMS HEREOF, PROVIDING
THE EPFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute the attached agreement with Leary and Owens Equipment
Company, Inc. for the purchase of one Model 1-970-3 Wayne Street
Sweeper for a purchase price of $13,647.84 payable in twenty-four
(24) suecessive monthly installments with no interest.
SECTION 2. That the attached agreement is made a part
of this resolution and the terms and conditions thereof as though
setforth fully herein.
SECTION 3: This resolution being of an administrative
Nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval by the Mayor.
