STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Staff requests Board approval for the final payment to Pictometry
International Corp. in the amount of $45,524.00.
BACKGROUND: On January 22, 2013 the Board entered into Contract #C13-2015-IS with
Pictometry International Corp. for the 2013 Department of Revenue Okaloosa County
Photography Project. This contract with Pictometry resulted in a cost savings to the County of
$46,329.00 from the original Department of Revenue billable cost. This final payment of
$45,524.00 represents completion of this project. At the July 3, 2012 Board meeting, reserves
were approved to fund this project.
OPTIONS: Approve or disapprove final payment to Pictometry International Corp. in the
amount of $45,524.00.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve the final payment to Pictometry International Corp. in the
amount of $45,524.00.
