The Planning Division has reviewed the first submittal package for the above-mentioned project.
The City of Destin Planning Division approves the proposed boundary change and has no objections.
There will be no potential traffic impacts from this boundary change as the vested concurrency trips, although
extended for twenty (20) years until September 26, 2035, will not be increased by this boundary change.
There are no consultant fees owed or required for this review.
