This is an unexpected and unbudgeted expense related to an on-going project to improve the communications link in our Okaloosa offices. It was discovered that this software upgrade would be necessary to split the traffic between our office and the State Attorney office for this purpose. I am requesting reserve funding for this expense and that this request be placed on the agenda for the next Board of County Commissioners meeting.
