oT ORDINANCE TS S AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That the following described real property is hereby annexed to the City of Fort Walton Beach, and the zoning will be designated R-2: Lot 4, Block 6, Jackson Heights Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 23, Public Records of Okaloosa . County, Florida. SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Playground Daily News. SECTION III.
