AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. /7/_,PERTAINING TO
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES FOR THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fort Walton Beach, Florida has
reviewed the occupational licenses pertaining to bottling companies,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has ascertained that the former
licanse tax it too high and needs readjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE Be it Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Section 1. That each bottling company be charged the flat aum
of $50.00 per route per year.
Section 2. 11 ordinaces or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
