AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5B-9 OF THE FORT WALTON BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OR EXCHANGE OF CEMETERY SPACES, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. Section 5B-9 of the Fort Walton Beach Code of Ordinances is amended by the addition of the following: "Transfer of ownership or exchange of cemetery spaces within the cemetery may be accomplished by the payment of a minimum charge of ten ($10.00) dollars for three (3) spaces or less. An additional charge of five ($5.00) dollars per space will be made for transfer of additional spaces above three (3)." SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
