A RESOLUTION ENTITLED A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA TO ISSUE A PEDDLERS LICENSE FOR THE SALE
OF FRESH FRUIT, VEGETABLES AND PRODUCE IN THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO MARVIN WALTERMAN.
WHEREAS, Marvin Walterman has heretofore madécapplication
to the City of Fort Walton Beach for a Peddlers License to
sell fruit, vegetables and produce in said city and has
otherwise complied with the Ordinance of said City providing
for the issuance of said license and has furnished the
references as to personal characte and %tanding as required
thereby.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that
the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to issue
to the said Marvin Walterman a Peddlers License as applied
for to take effect upon the issuance thereof and upon the
payment of such fees as might be required therefor.
