A final listing of all Special Projects Carry -Over is to be submitted to Nicole Nabors ( Financial Analyst) by August 22, 2014. 2. The last day for new purchase orders will be Friday, September 5, 2014. 3. Coordinate all purchases after September 5, 2014, with the Purchasing Division. All purchases must be approved by the Purchasing Division before being processed. 4. Delivery must be guaranteed by Tuesday September 30, 2014. 5. Purchase orders that are written for orders that are not delivered by the September 30, 2014 deadline will be cancelled and not carried over to the next fiscal year. A new purchase order will have to be written in the new fiscal year, and the funding will be from FY 2014- 15 funds. 6. Notify Purchasing of all open purchase orders you are requesting to be carried over to FY 2014 -15 by August 29, 2014. The request is subject to the approval of the Finance Director. 7. The last day to place orders on your annual PO with Office Depot and Cartridge Works will be Thursday, September 18, 2014. 8. Warehouse inventory will begin on Thursday September 25`h. Please plan accordingly. 9. All FY2013 -14 requests for direct payment must be submitted to Finance no later than 12: 00 pm Wednesday September 24, 2014. 10. All FY 2013 -14 purchases Abe received in by September 30, 2014 and invoices sent to Accounts Payable by October 31, 2014. 11. Petty Cash expenses must be submitted for reimbursement by 9: 00 a. m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in order to be spent from the FY2013 -14 budgeted funds. Otherwise, the expense will be charged to the next fiscal year' s budget. 12. Do not open another cash receipt batch after 9: 00 am on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. All cash receipt batches must be closed and forwarded to the Finance Department no later than 10: 00 am on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. All cash receipt batches are to be reconciled and posted by the Finance Department no later than 1: 00 p.m. Tuesday, September 30, 2014.
