BACKGROUND: The event will be held Thursday May 7, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This request has been approved by the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and Emergency Services. OPTIONS: Approve / Disapprove RECOMMENDATIONS: Request Board approval for a Public Event Permit for the National Day of Prayer event as submitted by the Crestview Area Ministerial Association. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
