Smith seconded by -Gormseronce (Council- 86-1 man)——lhomas Tona , the following Resolution was adopted: WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of fransportation has located and proposes to construct or 85 reconstruct a part of State Road AND WHEREAS, in order for the State of Florida Department of ‘Transportation to further and complete said project, it is necessary that certain utilities and/or facilitics within the Right-of-Way limits of said State Road , be adjusted, changed or relocated, AND WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Walton Beach . Florida, to execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of Transportation a Utilities Agreement, agrecing to make or cause to be made such adjustments, changes or relocations of said utilities and/or facilities as set out in said Agreement, aad said request having been duly considered, NOW THEREFORE, BEQTR RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fart Walton Reach Florida, that the Mayor and Clerk (Giaarager) be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sake, execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of Transportation a Utilities Agreement for the adjust- ment, change or relocation of certain utilities within the Right of Way limits of said State Road 85 - 57040 Section BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the State of Florida Department of Transportation al Tallahassee, Florida. This is a followup to the previous meeting held on September 24, 1985. I am enclosing plans that reflect our latest survey on your existing facilities. Please review these plans to see if we have your utilities in the correct location. As you recall, it was requested at the previous meeting that your Company come up with a relocation plan that will delay our construction progress (Contractor) as little as possible. We realize that the removal and re-attachment of existing utility lines to our existing and proposed bridges will cause hardship on the owners. We will work with you on this to make it as smooth as possible. I am requesting that you mark the enclosed plans showing your proposed relocation. I will need one set of these plans for my use. Additional plans will be sent if necessary. I am also enclosing Agreements and Schedules for you to execute and return to me. Please fill out the Utility Relocation "Part B" in detail. Attach additional sheets as necessary. Also a bridge attach- ment package will be necessary for the relocation of existing utilities or attachment of new ones.
