AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH FROM R-1A TO R-2,
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The following described property in the
City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby rezoned from R-1A to
R=2:
Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22, Block 6,
Bayou Subdivision, according to the plat
thereof recorded in the public records of
Okaloosa County, Florida.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
