REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, SEC. 2- 166 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA ESTABLISHING NUMBER OF MEMBERS APPOINTED TO THE REDEVELOP- MENT COMMISSION, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. ARTICLE XI. REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, SEC. 2- 166 of the Fort Walton Beach Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Under the provisions of Florida Statutes, Section 163. 356 there is hereby establ ished the Fort Walton Beach Redevelopment Commission.
