Dear Mr. Golematis,
The Fort Walton Beach High School Leadership Class would like to host their annual Beach Volleyball
Tournament. We would like to request to use your (4) volleyball courts at the Okaloosa Island
Boardwalk on May 4, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. { we will set up at 6:00 a.m.} to 3:00 p.m. ( stay unti! area is
clean). We will be allowing a minimum of 150 students to pasticipate in this event. We will be selling
drinks to Fort Walton Beach high School students only in which the proceeds will aid in funding the
event. This event has been successful for the past eleven years and we hope to carry out this tradition.
In order to put in paperwork to the county we would just need for you to fax us written permission to
use the boardwalk. Please fax the sheet to (850) 833-3332.
