The adoption of a Centralized Based Budgeting Model would provide a minimum level standard of service for schools. It will provide greater cost efficiencies as a result of the ability to consolidate services and make bulk purchases. Also, it will free up time spent on fiscal responsibilities which will provide School Principals additional time to focus on curriculum needs, personnel observations and evaluations and function as a full-time instructional leader.
