ORDINANCE NO. Oo. JE AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE TO THE EXISTING ZONING ON THE PARCEL OF PROPERTY TO BE OCCUPIED BY THE PLAYGROUND HUMANE SOCIETY TO PERMIT AN ATTENDANT'S LIVING QUARTERS TO BE ATTACHED TO THE SAID ANIMAL SHELTER, PROVIDING THRE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY oF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That a variance to the existing zoning of the property to be used by the Playground Humane Society is hereby 6ranted to permit an attendant's living quarters to be built adjacent to the said animal shelter. The said property being described ag follows: Begin at the southwest corner of Section 9, Town- Ship 2 South, Range 24 West, Okaloosa County, Florida, proceed northerly along the west line of section 9 to the south right-of-way of State Road 189A; thence south 87° 2h? east along said right- of-way a distance of 2,982.80' to a conerete monu- ment and the point of beginning; thence proceed along the same line along south right-of-way of said State Road 189A a distance of 79' to a concrete monument 3 thence south 2° 36' west a distance of 643.95 feet to a concrete monument on the north right-of-way line of Anchors Street; thence north 87° 2! west along said north right-of-way line of Anchors Street a distance of 350 feet to a concrete monument; thence north 2° 36' east a distance of 226.03 feet to a concrete monu- ment; thence south 87° 24' east 271 feet to a concrete monument; thence north 2° 36' east 417.92 feet to the point of beginning; this tract containing 2.6 acres, more or less. SECTION 2.
