JORDAN ESTATE party of the First part and OKALOOSA COUNTY A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF
THE STATE OF FLORIDA as the party of the Second part.
WITNESSETH: That the first party, in consideration of the sum of one (1) dollar and other
valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the
second part its successors, and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for the purpose of
DRAINAGE in, upon and through the following described land in Okaloosa County.
Lying within the land described in Tract 2 of Deed Book 120, Page 391 of the Public Records of
Okaloosa County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SE % of Section 30, Township 4 North, Range 23 West,
Okaloosa County, Florida; Thence N86°47°05”W, 43.07 feet to the West Right-of-Way of Oak
Hill Road; Thence N01° 57° 517E, coincident with the said West Right-of-way of Oak Hill Road
(a 66 foot Right-of-Way) 567.84 feet to the Point of Beginning, said Point of Beginning also
being the NE corner of an Existing Drainage Easement as recorded in Official Records Book
1006, Page 805 of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida;
Thence the following courses and distances:
NO01°57°51”E, 80.95 feet, coincident with the said West Right-of-Way of Oak Hill Road;
WEST, 47.0 feet;
S01°59°57”°W, 80.95 feet;
EAST, 47.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 3805 Square feet of Land, more or less
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Second party, its successors and assigns,
together with the right to enter upon said land, provided however, said party of the Second part
shall not intentionally damage the contiguous land of the party of the First part, and the party of
the First part will defend the title to said lands against all persons claiming by, through or under
the said party of the First part.
