therefore, did not have funding allocated. City Council approved the issuance of an ITB
package in May 2010 with direction to bring back the bids to determine whether
funding would be allocated.

program and the discrepancy in bid prices, Staff recommends rejecting all bids and
reevaluating the situation with the existing 42 -inch CMP.

Section 4. 01, Paragraph 4. 01. 025 and the Purchasing Policies and Procedures, Staff
requests City Council authorization to reject all bids for Invitation to Bid No. 11 - 015 to
replace an existing 42 -inch corrugated metal storm drain in front of Gary Smith Honda.
