The reasons for this decision are:
1. F. S. 1979 - 163. 220 - 163. 250 makes no provision for a
mandatory rehearing of a request by either party.
2. The original hearing was thorough, all parties were given
adequate opportunity to present their cases, discussion
was lengthy and detailed, petitions were presented and read,
the position of the City was presented by letter and read
aloud and rebuttals by all concerned were lengthy. This
being the standard fair method of gathering information
to be considered, a decision was reached based on a majority
vote of the Board.
The reasons listed above indicate that further consideration of this
matter is not required.
