NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That the following described alley is hereby abandoned and vacated provided however, the City shall retain an easement therein for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a utility line including water, sewer, electrical, gas, and/or drainage, the property being described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 116, OCEAN CITY SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Okaloosa County Records, ge | Plat Book 2, Page 28A, for the point of beginning. nt ot Proceed South along the West boundary of Said Lot eee y.00 116 through Lot 126, 550 feet, to the SW corner of wed Lot 126, thence proceed to the West 20 feet to the SE corner of Lot 151 of said Ocean City Subdivision.
