SUBJECT: Amendment No. 2 to OCT Agreement #C03-0927-GM
DEPARTMENT: Growth Management

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Growth Management Department requests that the Board approve the
attached Amendment 2 to Okaloosa County Transit’s contract: C03-0927-GM. Amendment 2 updates
Section 7 part A of Attachment 1 with the new rates that were established by the Commission for the
Transportation Disadvantaged Contract ARG20.
BACKGROUND: Okaloosa County Transit’s contract number C03-0927-GM was executed by
Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners on August 2, 2005. On September 7, 2010 the
Okaloosa BCC extended the contract to September 30, 2015.
RECOMMENDATION: The Growth Management Department requests that the Board approve
Amendment 2 to Okaloosa County Transit’s contract C03-0927-GM.
