A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A NEW BANK ACCOUNT
TO BE KNOWN AS "EQUITY IN POOLED CASH" IN THE
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE HEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
establish a new bank account to be know as "Equity In Pooled Cash" in the First
National Bank of Okaloosa County, Fort Walton Beach, Florida for the purpose of
accounting for all receipts/revenues and expenditures/expenses to replace the
Receiving Fund for all City Funds.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon approval by council and signature by the Mayor.
