RESOLUTION NO. 64-6 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO PURCHASE THE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF CLEAR WATER SERVICE CORPORATION TOGETHER WITH ANY FRANCHISE THAT THEY MAY OWN FOR THE SUM OF $2,497.55, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to purchase from Clear Water Service Corporation the existing water distribution system which includes the following: (a) 9 each 3/4 inch residential water meters (bo) 2h each cast iron meter boxes (c) 18 each plug lube shut off valves as well as the pipe and fittings of the system Franchise rights from Okaloosa County and/or the Okaloosa County Water and Sewer District for the purchase price of $2,497.55. ORCTION 2.
