RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2013 BUDGET
INSPECTIONS ENTERPRISE FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect
adequate appropriations for building permits and plan reviews revenue, and
WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and
WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution
of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and
expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original
budget, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the Inspections Enterprise Fund be increased,
additional receipts appropriated as follows:
RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT
Building Permits 4400R-322100 $138,000
Plan Review Fees 4400R-342903 $12,000
EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT
Contract Services-General Fund Admin 4400-534001 $150,000
