RESOLUTION 51- 2
WHEREAS, Hollywood Boulevard is the dividing street of the Town, and

WHEREAS, it runs 80' and wider from Choctawhatchee Bay west to Jackson Avenp.e
where it narrows down to 57' " and
WHEREAS, the Town desires to maintain this street at least 80' wide from
Highway 85 west to 1/ 2 Section line of Section 15: "
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Fort Walton,
Section 1. That the Mayor be authorized and directed to negotiate with the
property owners to obtain necessary right of way from Highway 85 west.
