The Resolution provided for amendment of the fee schedule from time to time by Resolution of City Council. DISCUSSION: On June 24, 2003, City Council is expected to approve, on Second Reading, Ordinance 1559, which deletes various Fire Safety Inspection Fees. Therefore, it is necessary to reestablish these fees by adopting Resolution 2003- 14 pertaining to the Fire Department section of the City' s Comprehensive Fee Schedule. There are no changes to these fees. CONCLUSION: Staff respectfully requests that Council adopt Resolution 2003- 14, which readopts various fire safety inspection fees in the Fire Department section of the City' s Comprehensive Fee Schedule.
