A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH R. L. MORRISON COMPANY,
INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION
TO CITY HALL, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE
DATE HEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager on behalf
of the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby authorized to
execute the attached contract between the City of Fort
Walton Beach and R. L. Morrison Company, Inc. for con-
struction of an addition to the existing City Hall at
a cost plus 15% not to exceed Twenty-three Thousand
Five Hundred Forty-three Dollars ($23,543.00).
SECTION 2. This resolution being of an
administrative nature shall take full force and effect
immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
