AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10A- 7 OF THE FORT
WALTON BEACH CODE, TO ADD TOURNAMENT RATES FOR
GREEN FEES AND CARTS FOR TOURNAMENTS WITH A
MINIMUM OF EIGHTY PLAYERS, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE
DATE HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. Section 10 A- 7 ( b) ( 16) of the Fort Walton
Beach Code is deleted and the following substituted:
16) Two options will be available for tournament play.
To qualify for either option a minimum of eighty ( 80) golfers must
play.
Option 1 Electric carts are optional
Green Fees $ 3. 48
Electric Cart 4. 50
Tax . 32
Total Fee $ 8. 30
Option 2 All tournament players ride electric carts
Green Fees $ 3. 48
Electric Cart 3. 75
Tax . 29
Total Fee $ 7. 52
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect ten ( 10)
days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
