Temporary Construction & Ingress/Egress Easement STATE OF FLORIDA COUNTY OF OKALOOSA Prepared by: Okaloosa County Water & Sewer This Easement made this day of 2016 Between Emerald Coast Property Group. as the party of the First part and Okaloosa County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida. as the party of the Second part, WITNESSETH that the First party, in consideration of the sum of one ($1.00) dollar and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the Second party, its successors, and assigns, a temporary construction easement and right-of-way for the purpose of: Ingress/Egress to the below described property for the purposes of maintenance and Installation of Water & Sewer Utilities facilities and improvements. Additionally, such access will be for the purpose of demolishing and debris removal of a small housing structure located partiality within a permanent joint use easement and on private property being owned by Emerald Coast Property Group in, upon and through the following described land in Okaloosa County: in exchange for the temporary construction easement, OCWS agrees to repair all areas disturbed during construction and return the surface to the original existing conditions and dimensions.
