Fiscal Year 2024-2025 naming the

Public Content
P.L. 81-874 requires that School Board minutes reflect the authorized representative as part of the application process each year.
The "Core User" must be an employee of the School District with the authority to sign the Impact Aid application. The appointed "Core
User" will have the authority to create and manage two other users who will enter the District's detailed impact aid data into the system.
The designated "Core User," with signature authority, is required to log into the system to electronically sign the finalized application.
In light of the time required to complete this process, it is recommended the School Board again approve the Chief Financial Officer as
the authorized representative with signature authority to file the Impact Aid application for fiscal year 2024-2025.
