Vision Plan

conceptually with a plan to
package, promote, and bring to
fruition a Judicial Center/ Joint- use Facility on the
existing Okaloosa County School Board Administration site,
and it carried unanimously with Carnathan, Campbell, Watson,
Gibson, Covey, Murtha, and Wyninegar in favor.
During discussion on avenues to fund the feasibility study,
the City Manager stated Council budgeted $ 10, 000 for Vision
activities and suggested $ 5, 000 come from that money
budgeted since it is directly related to vision activities.
Mr. Murtha moved that not more than $ 5, 000 be spent on a
feasibility study. Motion was seconded by Ms. Gibson and
carried unanimously with carnathan, Campbell, Watson,
Gibson, Covey, Murtha, and Wyninegar in favor.
