AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-71
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
TO REQUIRE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OF
PROPERTY ON A ZONING APPLICATION,
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following sentence shall be
added to Section 2-71 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Walton Beach:
"That any applicant seeking a zoning change
shall be required to furnish with his appli-
cation a copy of proof of ownership of the
property."
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
