ORDINANCE 7O/
AN ORDINANCE PRECLUDING THE STORAGE OF HIGHLY COMBUSTIBLE,
INFLAMMABLE OR EXPLOSIVE PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS
SUBJECT TO EMITTING POISONOUS GAS WITHIN THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That no highly combustible, inflammable or
explosive products or materials or products subject to emitting
poisonous gas shall be stored within the City Limits of the City
of Fort Walton Beach without express approval of the City Council
of the City of Fort Walton Beach.
SECTION II. That the aforesaid section shall not apply to
any places of business presently storing highly combustible, inflammable
or explosive products or materials or products subject to emitting
poisonous gas within the City Limits of the City of Fort Walton
Beach.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
